How it works
- 01
Submit request
Share customer, vehicle and ECU details, choose the services you need, pick how the service should be performed and upload photos, DTC screenshots, scan reports or files. You receive a Request ID immediately.

Technical review
We review the vehicle configuration, ECU hardware and software, the fault data and what the requested work involves.
- 03
Quotation
You receive a quotation covering the work, any shipping or home service charge, the advance required and the balance. Final quotation is provided after reviewing the vehicle/ECU/service requirements.
- 04
Service
Work is carried out by the method you selected: at the workshop, at your location, on an ECU you send to us, or as a remote file service where applicable.
- 05
Completion
Status is updated to completed, any files we release are made available on your tracking page, and the balance is settled.
Service methods
Send ECU / ECM
You can send your ECU/ECM to us for reading, diagnosis, programming or modification. Shipping arrangements and responsibility should be confirmed before dispatch.
Bring vehicle to workshop
Bring the vehicle to us in Hyderabad for diagnosis and work on the vehicle.
Home service
We come to your location for supported work. Home service requires advance payment before the service visit.
Remote / file service
You provide the original file or required information, we review the request, send a quotation, receive payment and then process the file and deliver the final file where applicable.
