Service disclaimer
All services depend on the specific vehicle, ECU hardware, ECU software and vehicle condition. We do not guarantee specific performance figures, fuel economy figures or outcomes. Feasibility is confirmed only after reviewing the vehicle and ECU.
Emission systems
Work relating to DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue and emission control systems is subject to the vehicle, the ECU and applicable laws and regulations. We advise what is permissible for your vehicle before any work is confirmed, and we do not carry out work that is not permitted for your vehicle's intended use.
ECU shipping
If you send an ECU/ECM to us, shipping arrangements, packaging and responsibility during transit should be confirmed before dispatch. Record the condition of the unit before despatch and use a tracked service.
Quotations and payments
Quotations are provided after technical review and are valid until the date stated on the quotation. Home service requires advance payment before the service visit. Payments are recorded against your Request ID and visible on the tracking page.
Files and data
Files you upload are stored privately and are used only to deliver the requested service. Files we produce are released on the tracking page only when we make them available. We do not sell or share customer data.
Customer information
We collect only the details needed to deliver the service: contact details, vehicle details, ECU details and files you choose to upload. You can request removal of your data by contacting us.
